San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico: El Dia de los Locos, or "the Day of the Crazies," is a carnival during which groups in 4 different neighborhoods in this historical town dress up and dance in the street in honor of San Pasqual Bailon, the dancing saint.
